One paper one foil means one layer of aluminum foil and a layer of paper. It is a common way used in hairdressing foil. The purpose of the paper is to avoid adhesion which makes it easy to use.
The foil can be colored, printed (up to 6 colors), and embossed. Embossing makes it easy to use and also increase the storage amount of the tint on the foil surface to achieve the desired effect better and faster.
